  • Yes! Most programs can be done at home, outdoors, or while travelling. You only need a gym if you’re doing machine-based workouts or advanced strength training.

  • In the Legend package, Adam creates a cycled intensity program based on your goals, lifestyle, and hormone cycle (for both women and men). You get a monthly 1:1 check-in, tailored feedback, and habit tracking.

  • Some programs use simple equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, or kettlebells, but many workouts — especially the Functional Reboot video series — are bodyweight only.
