With over 30 years in the health and fitness industry, I know firsthand how training evolves as we age. I started at 16. Now, approaching 50, I’ve proven that you don’t have to slow down—you just have to train smarter.

BuiltBeyond40 is the result of decades spent learning, testing, and refining what really works. This isn’t theory. It’s practical, real-world advice shaped by experience. My programs are grounded in science and built to support you through the unique challenges of aging, from hormonal shifts to lifestyle demands.

    I started using the app and following the OMAD method on the 1st of January 2025. My aim was to reach my target weight by April 1st. I lost the 14kgs I had planned to lose almost to the day.

    My relationship with food has changed for the better. My weight has remained at my initial target and at no time have I felt hungry or otherwise uncomfortable.
